Subscriptions to Appoint.AI are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. All refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy, which is summarised below for your convenience. In the event of any inconsistency, Paddle’s Refund Policy applies.
Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable. Paddle may issue a refund on a discretionary basis (see section 4 below), or where you exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal or refund right (see section 2 below).
If you receive a refund, your access to the relevant subscription will cease.
Where local consumer protection laws grant you an unconditional “withdrawal” right, that right applies and is not limited by this policy. The highest applicable level of protection will always apply. In particular:

If eligible, refunds are processed using the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval. Paddle’s transaction records are used to verify eligibility and timing but do not override your statutory rights.
If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, you may still cancel the subscription at any time to prevent future billing. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if a request is submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Submission of a request within this 14‑day period does not guarantee a refund. All requests are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and Paddle may approve the request in full, in part, or decline it.
If you experience persistent technical issues or a material defect that prevents you from accessing the features or benefits as described, please contact us at support@appoint.ai first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may contact Paddle support via paddle.net with details of the issue and any response received from us.
We encourage you to contact Paddle (or us) before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank, card issuer or payment provider. If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, access to your subscription may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed. Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or from the receipt e‑mail Paddle sent you. Cancelling stops future billing and does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Paddle’s policy or to applicable law. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction.
