Pricing scales linearly per provider — add or remove seats as your practice changes. *Unlimited reminders are subject to fair‑use volume based on your selected provider capacity, with each provider sized at a reference point of ~30 appointments per day. Sustained usage well above that range will prompt us to recommend additional providers or an Enterprise agreement.

All prices are exclusive of applicable VAT and sales tax. Payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record — Paddle calculates and applies the correct tax at checkout based on your location. Valid VAT‑registered businesses can enter their VAT ID at checkout to apply EU reverse‑charge rules and zero out the tax on their invoice. By subscribing you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. Refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, in line with applicable consumer law.

Pricing FAQ

What is a “provider”?

A provider is anyone whose calendar gets booked — a doctor, dentist, therapist, stylist, technician or coach. You pay €69/provider/month and add or remove seats as your practice changes.

What’s the difference between Solo and Duo?

Same toolkit — scheduling, 1‑to‑1 video calls, adaptive reminders, real‑time planning. Duo adds a shared inbox and proper role‑based permissions between doctors and secretaries so a two‑provider practice can coordinate in real time.

How do reminders work?

Reminders go out automatically and we pick whatever channel actually reaches the patient — SMS, voice or anything else available — based on each patient’s past interactions and seen/read signals. Volume is unlimited subject to fair‑use, sized at roughly 30 appointments per provider per day.

Are video calls really included?

Yes — 1‑to‑1 video calls are built into every plan. Patients join from a link in their confirmation; staff can also use it internally for quick consults between providers, secretaries and assistants.

What does “real‑time in‑house planning” mean?

A live board your whole team sees at once: appointments, rooms, providers and assistants update instantly. You can assign tasks, hand them off and chat in‑context with @mentions on each appointment — no refreshing, no parallel WhatsApp groups, no “who’s taking the next patient?”.

Can I switch plans or add providers later?

Yes. Upgrade or add providers any time and we’ll pro-rate the difference; downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, in line with applicable consumer law — see our Refund Policy.

What about VAT?

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime from your account portal. You’ll keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
